HitFit Group Fitness Classes have now commenced at Yamala.
This unique fitness program has been custom designed by the club in conjunction with leading local Personal Fitness Trainer Joe Hill to provide a mix of cardio & strength exercises all run on our synthetic grass all weather impact friendly court surfaces.
The program also includes a blend of racquet-ball activities to improve hand-eye and agility performance levels delivered by our Spinfire Pro 2 multi drill Ball Machine.
Session Times: Every Sunday from 8:00 am
The program is available to both club members and visitors and those that may be interested in participating in the program should contact Joe to register their interest.
