The Yamala Park Tennis Club recently played host to visiting politicians including former tennis great John Alexander MP , our own former YPTC Men’s Singles Champion Bruce Billson MP and recently elected new Member for Frankston Geoff Shaw MLA.
The informal visit was to promote grass roots tennis and confirm funding commitments to the Yamala Park Tennis Club for future court upgrades.
A special thanks to those YPTC representatives who took the time out at short notice to make our guests most welcome. They included YPTC President Stephen Page with Life Members Charmaine Beggs & Pat Gloury ensuring our guests were well catered for in arranging afternoon tea & refreshments.
